  Package was delayed due to severe weather circumstances that were out of anyone’s control and all the critters in the shipment still arrived looking great even after being delayed for a week. The packaging was super secure and nothing was harmed even after the box was damaged in transit and USPS had to re-seal it. Very helpful seller who kept tabs on the situation and was super responsive to messages. Would definitely buy from them again. Took stock and every listed critter is in there.

  I recieved 3 cultures in fast timing. They were packed well. Had live fish, this side up. The post office damaged my package. Not the sellers fault but he cared enough to give me a partial refund for the bag lost. I have ordered from him agains and will also in the future. When I had questions, quick response everytime. Thank you. The other 2 cultures I put in the tanks. Fish seem happy.

  Order arrived right on time. Packaging was excellent and on opening the box found insulative material, a cold pack and finally a layer of reflective insulation, then, of course, the bag with worms inside. Unlike my orders from a couple of previous vendors, these worms looked in good color and very much alive, so I placed them in a tray with some uunbleached brown wrapping paper and three to four inches of aged water from my 40g breeder. Great seller, all very professional. Thank you!!!

  My order arrived looking much more impressive in person than in the photos. An Excellent value. Everything arrived in pristine condition appearing very lively, and healthy. My fish and plants seem to have already improved just days after introducing the freshwater gold culture to my tank. The seller was very generous with their time, helpful and communicative.
