  The item, as described in the seller’s communication, arrived flawlessly and swiftly. However, the FedEx delivery service had a negative impact. The package was ripped, and my mounting hardware was missing. The seller offered a credit of $10, which I accepted. I purchased my own mounting hardware, including three bolts and washers, and installed the crash bar. So far, it looks beautiful.   I appreciate you refunding one of my orders, but you refunded the one with the coupon!? You refunded the $115 when it should’ve been the one with $127 refunded.
