  minor issue upon receiving; 1 ap was missing. communication was prompt and resolved immediately with the missing ap shipped out next day. well and thoughtfully packed. not sure if they were recycled this way or the seller factory reset them but all the aps were factory reset and joined my existing cluster with zero modification to the ap itself
