    VERY RESPONSIVE to emails. Replied back within 24 hours. Answered all my questions. Sent me pics of the flaws. There was a slight mess up in tracking number. But they stayed in contact with me. The huge 3 compartment sink arrived BEFORE PROMISED!!!! Was well crated and protected. It was a good experience, was kinda leery because of reviews... but in my case I knew it was scratch and dented. Knew it was missing parts. BUT it was approximately $1200 LESS than I could find it elsewhere.
