    We received a completely different processor than advertised. This was supposed to be a quad core processor-- we received a dual processor from an older generation. Communication with the seller was met with hostility, accusations and ultimatums. Miserable experience

    Buyer is a scammer. Buyer recd a CPU "NEW in a sealed box". Pics in the auction included a view of the CPU which showed the "stepping" and "batch" number that MATCHED the box. Buyer claimed that the pictures and the CPU cover DID MATCH but that I somehow stripped the "cover" off the cpu and put it on a different one. Buyer was supposed to return the item for a full refund but then cancelled when I wouldn't refund without an inspection of the return. Beware this buyer.

    We never accused you of anything, whatsoever. It was always you accusing us from the moment we reported the discrepancy to the end. We were met with a barrage of continuous unhinged ebay messages accusing us of fraud. It was hurtful, malicious & wrong. Bottom line- we ordered a 4690 quad-core processor but we received a worthless 3258 dual-core processor. Yes, the numbers on the box & the CPU cover did match, but the actual processor was not what we ordered. We lost days on this over a $40 item
