    Buyer purchased on a Friday and Monday was a holiday. I shipped Tuesday which was the next shipping day. They received package on Friday. One week was a little long to receive item but it was due to the USPS and long weekend.

    Buyer purchased on a Friday with a holiday on the following Monday. Unfortunately, the Post Office (USPS) was closed until Tuesday. On Tuesday morning I received an email from the buyer asking to cancel the transaction. I immediately canceled the transaction and refunded 100% of the purchase price.

    This seller is great. Accidentally got sent the wrong product and the corrected it immediately. They refunded me immediately and still sent the product for my troubles. They said I can also keep the accident sent product but I am sending it back as they already did enough and I already have the product. I am very pleased with the outcome and thank you for a great experience.
