    Damaged in shipping. Wasn't able to do a UPS claim because it was not an option. For something this expensive I would expect better shipping arrangements with insurance higher quality packaging for protection. Damage was mostly cosmetic. Kept Item. Seller provided a reasonable refund for keeping. So many things received these days are damaged. Get insurance! Seller is an B+ (ship better for the price of the thing you are shipping!), UPS is an F for damage and not allowing a claim.

    1-1/4" RADIATOR STEAM STRAIGHT VALVE (5 PACK): Pd 11/29/24; Rcvd 12/9; 1 of 5 valves was used (not new) and DEFECTIVE before it shipped to me (internal gate stuck and stem threads stripped so plastic handle turned but gate failed to open). I returned the bad valve and received a replacement. PROBLEM--the replacement valve also was DEFECTIVE before it shipped to me (same stuck gate problem as the one I had returned). Seller promptly refunded 20% of my purchase price. Good service, Poor product.

    They shipped the wrong part. I reordered and the same wrong part came. I ordered a 1-1/4 brass tee and they shipped a 1-1/2 tee both times. I am not trying a third time! The cost of sending it back across an international border with customs, brokerage etc. is not worth it. They had assured me that the second time they would get it right. I can't trust this vendor.
