  Sewing machine was received in short order. Damage occurred in shipping--see photo--though the functional capability still works. The seller was easy to work with to resolve the issue. I have since learned that these very heavy vintage sewing machines require special packaging, and the buyer should verify shipping and packaging with seller before purchasing.   fast shipping . only problem with packing , but doesn't warrant a negative . but for future packing please take the heavy items from wood box and pack separately in same shipment . 2 places the box was pulled apart inside . I am pretty sure i can fix it .thank you
