  The item arrived in a new box and new factory seal. However the seal was clearly counterfeit. The reason: The item had some scratches on it and it was REVC not REVD like mentioned on the E-Bay description and on the "Factory Seal". This is why I give it a lower rating since it is not new and it is not the revision that was advertised. The important thing that it works and afterall it is for Lab/Testing use so it is not the end of the world that it is not RevD but I might have bought another.

  I received item. It shipped from China instead of US as stated in listing, so was longer delivery then expected. Item was in original "sealed" box, however, item was not in original manufacturers packing inside box and was missing a component that comes with a new item.
