    I have ticked positive as item did amazingly arrive undamaged. There was no protective wrapping at all which I suggested to Seller it would be a good idea to prevent damage in transit as envelope arrived with small holes where ring was poking through. Luckily it was in a thin gauze bag. Shipping did take a long time, around 6 weeks, but not Seller's fault.

    The ring arrived fast and it is in a good condition and looks beautiful. I was disappointed to find out that the stone wasn t natural Ruby, but I didn t want to return it because it was a gift , I wrote to the seller and he was kindly offereing me a refund for part of the amount. I accepted his offer. I think it was a fair offer and I appreciate the seller will to make me satisfied with my purchase. Thank you
