  Arrived broken & immediately contacted seller. The box was intact but discarded after I opened it. Sent more than 1 picture of item but he stated my problem without picture of box. Really? Not right. I believe sellers should take a picture of item after safely wrapping it for their records along with the box marked fragile or at least state that if arrived damaged then immediately take picture of box. No refund given. Not happy & seller was somewhat rude in his response to me. Hand blown glass
