    At Purple Aquatics we breed, raise, and sell very healthy and beautiful fish.

    We ship our fish in well insulated boxes and packaging, cold and heat packs are added as needed. We insert pure oxygen in the fish bag and double or triple bag the fish. We do combined shipping for your multiple orders and the excess cost will be refunded to you. Contact us with questions.

    We do not label our boxes as containing live fish as this causes shipping delays, miss-handling, and DOA fish. Once we began shipping fish incognito our DOA rate dropped to practically zero.

    We include acclimation instructions along with instructions if fish arrive stressed from their journey to you in each box of fish. Do not drip acclimate.

    Each shipping box is built for each order. It takes time to do this so please don't expect your orders to ship out the same day they are ordered. It can take up to a week or more for shipment depending on what is ordered and weather conditions. Thank you for your patience.
