Brand new high quality and it’s the same as described from the Seller. I got it for 37 dollars very affordable thanks to the Seller.   The part arrived in perfect condition, brand new in a OEM Honda package just as the description and pictures showed. Considering these parts are no longer manufactured it was surprising how affordable the part was. They also included a thank you card and a piece of origami which was extremely appreciated considering no one does this. They will have my business in the future!
