    well it finally arrived after being a week late thanks to vendor sending regular usps, ebay provided a tracking number but it was practically useless. ebay should not allow anyone here to send by usps, they are completely useless when it comes to service. on the good side the part i needed is virtually non existent any more so i am thankful he had one. if you buy from him be sure to pay extra for 2 day air because he says usps is his only method to ship. have to hope it's functional.
