  Doll came damaged, poor packing. Feet screws pierced box and were driven into pavement when shipper ram rodded box vertically in to the ground. Toe's torn. Box was oil soaked and feet and calfs were oil covered. Box was opened by shipper and taped up poorly. Missing parts include head screw, gloves, blanket, manual, and not sure what else. PROM of NJ had no reply but offered $10 coupon. Opened up claim with eBay and FedEx but no help. Can't put doll together cause of missing parts, no returns.

  The seller provided an excellent product. l am very satisfied with the purchase. The packaging was outstanding and the tracking was the best I have encountered. Also, seller used FedEx and NOT UPS. UPS always delivers to the wrong street without fail. I have lost parcels because of UPS incompetence.
