This company replaced my laptop faster than most eBay sellers sending orders. They print the label as SHIPPED the same day as my order. They DIDN’T print the label to send it a week later!!!     After a little snafu with the shipping the machine arrived today. I have never seen a cleaner 'used' computer. It could be sold as new and it would be hard to tell it isn't new. The seller did a superb job in communicating with the shipping problem. Now I have to learn WIN11 but so far the machine is perfect.
