  I’m new to eBay this was my 1st purchase from price chomp. Was a little disappointed because the item didn’t work. However it came in the mail fast, packaged very nicely and there was extremely good cooperation between me and the seller. We agreed on a refund and I was able to send the product back with full refund. So yes this was a 5 star expeierece he was very professional and we were able to get everything settled out.   Sealed puzzle arrived safely. Packaged for protection. Through absolutely no fault of the shipper a very delayed shipping time (USPS in Memphis, TN and Jackson, MS are horrible-not the first time a package has been delayed. The tracking number tells the story). Thank you again for the wonderful puzzle. I’m starting it today! Hard to find puzzle in good shape at a great price. Shipping cost was reasonable but as stated, USPS service is not stellar.
