  The seller was easy to work with. There were some issues with the doll and the seller figured out a way to resolve the matter that was perfectly fine with me. The doll was new and compared to other prices for similar dolls the price was good. The dolls for all seller, are not exactly as seen on the pictures, they might be painted lighter than you expect, and as described there is no hair or clothing which I expected. Overall happy w. my first purchase of BJD

  Very happy with this seller as they made a custom doll that was exactly like the one that was pictured They were early in delivery in their estimated time as when the doll would be finished Although it takes about 2months to make because the hair is individually rooted and hand painted it is worth the wait I would buy from this seller again

  Took seller 10 days to begin shipment, took another 2 1/2 weeks to finally arrive. Arrived in a plastic mailer bag taped up. No protection of product during shipment. Doll kit arrived and is beautifully factory painted. This is the 3rd kit I purchased from this seller, other 2 kits took 1/2 time to arrive that I had purchased 5 days prior to this order. I’m pleased with my purchase, not so much with shipping time. I recommend seller! AAAA++++!!!!

  I am so happy with my doll! This seller was so professional, from verifying my order, to answering all my questions promptly, and when there was a mix-up at their warehouse (I received someone else’s doll & she received mine), the seller immediately tracked it down and kept me informed throughout the process, and the other customer and I were able to swap our dolls quickly and were reimbursed for the shipping costs. I highly recommend this seller & their dolls!!!

  I purchased a doll in November and requested a skin tone change listed as available. The seller demanded extra payment outside eBay, so I requested a refund and repurchased. Shipping was delayed, and the package was rerouted to the seller. Despite asking for updates, I received no response. When the doll finally arrived in a damaged box, the head hook was outside, and the body string was compromised. I contacted the seller for assistance but received no reply. Very disappointing.
