    The item is as described but wasn’t packaged carefully. It came broken. Luckily I was able to superglue it back together but in the future the seller should take more care packaging fragile items!

    Beautiful Plate item #286135891499 was as described but arrived in MULTIPLE pieces due to POOR packaging. It's a shame that there was not more bubble wrap put around the item to offset USPS's terrible service/negligence. New buyers should be aware of prior issues with packaging as noted in prior feedback.

    We take our customer service very seriously. Hence, your immediate refund when notified that USPS had damaged the delivery. The plate was wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and the box packed well for support. Given our 100% positive feedback (prior to yours), I'd say we do a pretty good job. Most of our shipments are fragile and occasionally incidents occur but we do our best to rectify them immediately. Warning buyers against us is just unkind.

    My statue arrived quickly and in wonderful condition. The packaging was carefully arranged to keep it from harm. The statue looks just like the pictures and it is adorable.
