    I was disappointed in the condition the product was in when delivered. The description said it would be folded when shipped. However, I couldn't believe how small the envelope they used. I bought 1 yard (36") by 54 inch and it was shiped in a 8" by 11" envelope. This causeed major folds and damage to product that was visible and permanent. They could have used larger envelope like a 15x18 and had less folds and damage. The larger envelopes ship the same price or minimal increase.

    1 yd. orders ship in 16"x12" envelopes, not 8"x11". Creases aren't permanent and can be removed. Buyer never contacted us before leaving negative feedback.

    There was a problem with the listing being incorrect & that the glasses were "dishwasher safe," but they're not and the decals on some began to peel off. Seller was good and responded quickly and eventually sent me another shot glass to replace the one that peeled in the top rack of the dishwasher. It's just mind-boggling that the NFL doesn't make better quality fan merch given what they charge for it. Stickers on a glass?!! Either way, seller took care of it and would do business again.
