  Despite the Laptop arriving damaged and worrying the seller wouldn t be able to refund me, we communicated for days on end nonetheless. The seller was very supportive and kind giving me back a full refund, coming to a satisfying conclusion. PROS: 1. It was brand new as described and was the ASUS TUF A15. 2. Product was refunded. 3.   Unfortunately, this purchase went wrong, but I have to leave this review to make it clear that the seller had nothing to do with it. USPS had this thing in limbo for over 3 weeks. Every time it got to a new location it stayed there for days. When it finally did show up, it was damaged, and no wonder. There was a nice boot print on the box! The positive review is for the way the seller handled it. Even though it was marked "no returns", the seller immediately went into action and took care of it.
