  I received this item faster than expected. The item is new as described. All of the pieces, manual, and mini fast instructions were included. The item arrived in its original box (however different color, the box labeled white, vs the item is black). I ordered black so the item received is correct. The item did not include any coffee samples which was stated by the seller. 50% off the price for a new item is a great deal! I am extremely happy with this item and the seller. Highly recommended!

  This seller, premium.expresso, is outstanding. I highly recommend working with them. They communicated very effectively prior to my purchasing the unit. They shipped it immediately upon my purchasing the coffee maker and it arrived actually a bit earlier than scheduled. The machine works flawlessly and shows no sign of use at all which is as described by the seller in their listing. I am able to make any kind of coffee drink at the press of a button and the flavor and consistency are excellent.

  I’ve had the machine for couple weeks so I could review after considerable use. It’s awesome! Run it 2-3 x/day, nearly everyday, with & w/o milk dispenser/frother to make variety of drinks. This is the first espresso maker I have ever owned, and the set up out of box was trivial. WRT the seller, the item arrived quickly, packaged right to protect machine, & exactly as described.
