    SO EVERYBODY MAKES MISTAKES AND THEY SHOULD GET A SECOND CHANCE WILL RECOMEND... They show shipping in the order, they should list that if it goes to a residential location that there would be an additional shipping charge. Not send an email after the sale is over and that you will have to pay an additional fee, if I would have know this I would have sent it to the old Fire Police office & NOT the new one is not quite done being built. So after all that they refunded the additional shipping.

    Mixer as described and in good working condition. Packed for shipping was great and secure. The gate/guard was a little loose but we were able to tighten.
