    We ordered the cookie/candy jar, it was shipped quickly, wrapped in a box, inside another box with packing, unfortunately, when we received it it was cracked all the way through. Immediately reached out to the seller, sent her pictures and she refunded my money back with no problems! Highly recommend this seller and will buy from them again.

    Was packaged well for shipping, but all packaging as well as the original box and ornament smelled like it had been drenched cigarette smoke. That was disappointing. I had to get the box and packing material out of my house as soon as it was opened. The ornament is mostly plastic so it aired out quickly. But I’m still going to knock a star off for the thick smell that permeated my living room upon opening the box. Thanks for the ornament but I will refrain from ordering from this seller again.
