They did not, I had to reach out to them, didn't get an answer so had to get eBay involved to get refunded. We have no control over what USPS does with the package after it is picked up. When you asked for the refund, USPS told us that the package could take up to 30 days for delivery especially during the Xmas season. We had no way of knowing at the time that the package was lost. We did contact you, but had to do so through the case you opened. If you check your case messages you will see the messages we sent you.
