  The greenhouse was damaged during shipping. The packaging was appropriate and the item labeled fragile. The seller's communication to resolve the issue was excellent. Together we decided a partial refund was appropriate. Will attempt to repair, however most of the damage occurred within the greenhouse so will be difficult to reach.
