    The listing I bought was for brand new, unopened package of tights. What I received was a crumpled up pair of tights with several runs and rips, and stinky as well, in a ripped open package that was taped back together. I reached out to the seller and they replied to me very quickly and refunded me. Great communication from the seller, and fast shipping.

    Wish the buyer messaged us first. There was some sort of mix up as these would not be from our store. No reason to ship completely used tights as new. Very sorry this happened. Refunded immediately with apologies. Pocketbookies will always sell with sincerity and honesty and bring great items with a great price to our customer.
