Plants N Fins is a family owned pet and plant store in Gilbert, AZ. We have a passion for vivariums of all kinds and the flora and fauna that goes in them. Plants N Fins prides itself in only carrying the best livestock. We have sourced the highest quality plants and animals from the worlds best responsible breeders and propagators. Much of the lives goods we offer are now propagated in house so that we can continue to meet the demand for these lovely creatures.

    Bottle was rolled up in bubble mailer and mailed in a seperate bubble mailer. It arrived with the cap shattered and the liquid throughout the wrapped packaging. The main issue is the seller won't respond to messages or refund request after 24 hours. I'd like to positively update my review but can't recommend this seller.

    I ordered 3 of the mini-pellet cichlid food but was sent only 1 of the medium pellet. I reached out to the seller a couple of times to see how to resolve this issue, but it wasn't until I contacted ebay and submitted a "return request" that the seller replied back to me. The seller then apologized for the error and gave me a refund. They asked that I place a new order, which I did. The follow-up order was received as expected.
