  Waiting on UPS was a pain. They had the computer for 3 days in Springfield, MO and just delivered it today. NOT sellers fault. It was well packed. I have been buying on Ebay was started 1st started and had problems years ago that I quit buying. I saw the HP was the right price. In the past, with some Sellers that I dealt with sold bad items. Not this time. I got it out of the packing I could not believe how great it looked, like New. The i5 with all Gb's it's very fast. The 1 yr warranty ++++

  I received my laptop really quickly! It was wrapped in Styrofoam and a really cool super-firm bubble wrap that looks specifically designed for shipping laptops. I really appreciate that such care was taken. The laptop is exactly as described and pictured. I do have an issue where sometimes it doesn't recognize my key presses, but once I restart (only takes 2 minutes) that issue seems to resolve itself. That may be par for the course of buying a used machine. I'd buy from this seller again!
