  Item was not delivered in a reasonable amount of time (ordered Dec 12, 2024 and I had not received it by Jan 10, 2025) so I requested a refund. Seller stated the delay was due to a Post strike in Canada but promptly refunded my account. I won't argue with that and I appreciate the seller's honesty!

  Never received the product. One message from seller that it was going to arrive in a week with no tracking info. Requested a replacement and almost a week later they sent a refund. Doesn't seem like they were ever sending the product and got to use my money interest free for a month.

  I purchased this product in the past, and loved it. It's texture is like a soft serum. It glides without any effort on the skin. It's breathable on the face and it does help with fine lines and (for me, it also corrects my skin texture). The kid did arrive half way broken, but that's no big deal for me. 5 stars to Essence Trader58*****
