The rug I received was not the rug advertised. I sent pictures of the packaging, where the rug was clearly labeled something else (not the Pottery Barn Olivia rug). Took a week, and me having to package the rug back up and ship, before I got my refund. It was a mistake by seller that they did not verify the rug in the package before shipping..She did acknowledge that and issued refund.

The rug is clearly labeled Olivia Rug. It was a mistake on my end as PBK had two versions of an Olivia Rug. Honest mistake and I immediately sent a prepaid return label. This feedback is strange to me as the customer and I communicated every step of the way and they were otherwise pleasant and understanding. Happy Holidays :)
