More than three refunds now, this really hurts eBay, PayPal and customers.   I don't understand how the seller had this originally listed for $60, relisted it, accepted my offer of $60 in the new listing, allowed the purchase to go through, refunded the purchase, and now it's relisted for $140. The refund says it was canceled because it's damaged/unavailable, but the seller really wanted more money for it. I don't know why eBay allows this, but it's exactly what the seller did. It's really my fault for not reading the reviews, it's not the first time they have done it.

  Item was listed correctly the first time, this person offer 60 for this item, I did not accept the offer but press the wrong button and it was accepted. I explained but as you can read not a good person. I am honest in explaining the cancelation on my side. This item is a buy it now with offers. But seller wants item for way under asking. I blocked this buyer from future sales, Unfair feedback left
