    While my first experience with this company was outstanding, this was a little different. The figurine had been described as free from damage or flaws but arrived with a visible crack. The seller refunded $100 after some messaging back and forth. Packaging was of a good standard. I’d be lying if I said this experience hadn’t knocked my confidence in this company.
