    Communication was great at first. The item was delivered as scheduled. During install, the wiring didn't match. With pictures sent, they said that it wouldn't work, even though it was for this radio. Then when I mentioned refund/return, they stated that it wasn't beneficial for them to do that, and I should sell it on my own, to get reimbursement. I contacted eBay, and they approved and started the return/refund. Not a great customer service tactic with this seller. You've been warned !¡!

    I am updating my feedback because I am having technical issues with this item and have not heard back from the seller. All they wanted from me was a initial feedback response before I even tried the product; they were in a rush for me to rate them. Now crickets.
