  Seller listed as NEW/Other the product showed up in a tore up box clearly was used and installed at one point along with missing parts. Seller acted like it was no big deal, offered for me to find a box pack it, drive to UPS and pay to send it back, offered a 10% refund which would not even cover the shipping cost. VERY untrustworthily, dishonest seller highly do not recommend.

  Sorry actually you claimed it did not come with bolts which it did not say or show that it come with. We still tried to help you out and you claimed we needed to give you $50.00 dollars or you would leave bad feedback. Extorting sellers for money is against ebay rules and will be looked at.

  Arrived quickly, in og box which was open/resealed (listed New Other). Bindings in great shape. Hardware missing 1 of 4 req toothed mount washer. Contacted seller. Was told don't have spare & would look. Then gave a casual "was listed as comes as shown so it would have come to you as shown in the photos however anything can be returned" I know that's wrong. Hardware wasn't shown in listing photos & nothing said in posting. Dropped ball on an easy fix... Was professional till end. See4 yourself

  Sorry as I explained no hardware came with it but we offered to you what we could and that according to you just was not good enough. Looking at all the photos and description of the item will also work best for you in the future
