When I was trying to to accept an offer he sent me eBay wasn't letting me checkout and when I messaged him he responded quickly and nicely to remedy the problem. He shipped an hour after I bought it, and it arrived exactly when it was supposed to! The condition was exactly as he said with a little scuff on the top corner and included the pink case, S pen and charging cord. Love it so far!

However, I could not set it up. When I wrote to the seller, they told me to ask a family member for help or go to my local store. No request was made due to a no-return policy. I took it to an Apple Store, where they informed me that it had software issues, leaving the iPad unusable.
