    Pacific Golf Clubs was founded in 1999 in a small studio in Los Angeles, California with one goal in mind: Design & Custom build the best golf club that everyone can afford. We started with just 1 person assembling 1 club a day and perfecting the art & science of custom golf club building.

    Since 1999, we have custom designed and assembled over 5,000,000 golf clubs and on that journey we've learned what it takes to create the best golf clubs in the industry. During the past 25 years, Pacific Golf Clubs has grown from a 1 person operation to a business that employs over 12 staff members and is now based in Riverside, California. We've gone from making just 1 club per day to over 2,500 golf clubs per day but our CORE Goal remains the same: Build the best golf club that everyone can afford.

    I had placed an order from Pacific Golf on Ebay. After ordering I notice the ad said graphite shafts and the picture showed steel shafts. I call Pacific Golf to make sure the shafts were graphite and they informed me that they were in fact steel. I spoke with Cassandra and she informed me it was an error on their part on the listing and they would find me a set with graphite shafts. She did and got the set I wanted. This is above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. Exceptional customer service.

    Good clubs still need more time to get used to them. Had a bit of an issue with being short the 5 hybrid in the initial shipment. But it took a few days of exchanging messages to get the missing club shipped to me. They did throw in a set of head coverings for the trouble. Over all they are good to deal with.
