  The item sold (an empty case) was not what was in the item description (a video game), and it was not delivered in the condition described (open and damaged instead of new and sealed). Item also took a month to receive, and seller did not voluntarily coordinate the shipping claim for damage or offer to cover return costs per eBay policy. US buyers should be aware of potential international difficulties.

  First of all, I would like to apologize for the unpleasant experience caused as a seller. On the other hand, I would like to clarify three points in regard to the buyer's feedback that contain inaccuracies: 1. The product name and description are not misleading. 2. The item is new, but it is not sealed. 3. This is an issue prior to any action according to eBay policy.
