  Horrible experience dealing with this seller. The socks arrived and were no where near a size 11. I wrote and explained they were too small and was told "You can return them at no charge" I had to repack the socks, go to the post office and have them scan a code to print my return label. A few days later they received the socks and then gave me a partial refund. I was charged $6.50 for the return shipping. That is a BS policy! never again
