  5 Star customer service, excellent communication. High quality, brand new, great value. Avoid FedEx like the plague. FedEx doesn't care and FedEx is totally incompetent. Took a week to track down this package 90 miles away. It is only because of the kindness of a stranger that the package was found. 4th time in 4 weeks that FedEx can't get it together. Don't use FedEx.

  The seller was fine. Product was exactly as it was supposed to be. However this was the worst experience I've ever had ordering from eBay. I'm not sure what happened. The order went through without a hitch. The seller shipped it right away. But the curior ( I'll not say which) dropped the ball, I assume. It took two weeks to get from New Jersey to Kansas. Which caused me to lose money.The product was material for a job I was working on. Needless to say I was unhappy.
