  This is the worst eBay transaction I’ve ever dealt with….. the only thing I can say is I received my item finally!!!! How is something electrical in great working condition if you don’t have a power cord to include with the item? I bought this on nov 4 and didn’t receive it until nov 27. I even contacted the seller and never received a message back!!!! I was already upset with the time frame but to not receive a power cord is just the icing on the cake. This seller is on my never buy from list!

  We advised the buyer we do not accept returns on used/open box “tested” items. The sale is considered final as we ship all of our equipment along with its proper power supply. The items shipping date was consistent with our given timeline of 3 days. Thank you for your purchase!
