The seller initially sent an incorrect item, and then did not send the correct one when I had returned the first one. Then claimed he had sent the right item and gave a tracking number which referred to the incorrect shipment. When ebay was involved seller insisted he had sent replacement but was proved wrong as the despatch date preceded my raising the problem of incorrect shipment. The "signed" nature of stamps appears to be identical for all his stamps.
