    I’d like to start off by saying! I messaged the seller by asking, if the price could be lowered any… and his reply was refunding me a portion of the asking price that I payed in advance!!! The items were in the exact condition (appearance was like new) that was described and I received them (4Days) “before” date described! I would purchase from seller again with no hesitation at all & would highly recommend the same!!!

    Seller packaged the item extremely well and it arrived perfectly as described. The seller made sure to accurately describe that there was an imperfection in the speaker housing and it appeared just as it had in the images. This seller was also selling the speaker for a very low price compared to other places I was looking at. Shipping was really quick too!

    There was an initial hiccup with the delivery that was completely out of the hands of the Opus team. However, they were super responsive, very clear with their communication, and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I cannot recommend them enough! Working in a services industry, the experience was top notch and I would be more than happy to purchase from them again. If they have something you are looking for, just buy it! I can highly recommend them.
