  Terrible communications and I recieved a used costume with animal hair all over it. The head is not as pics with a helmet ans helmet visor. I reached out multiple times for a solution but have not gotten a response. I have requwsted a refund entirely and for them to pay for the shipping for the return.

  Only negative thing I can say is that I wish that you didn't fold the mascot into a small box, there are creases that I cannot get out, especially around the eyes. Thank you otherwise, it will do what it's needed to do
