  The seller did not include a picture of the damaged base. Nor disclosed that the latch was frozen. The item was shipped in a timely manner. The price was fair. The seller did include the original box and original manual/packaging. Still I would be wary to purchase from this seller again without doing additional due diligence. The seller posted a No Return policy.
