    Overall good experience! Only criticism is it didn't ship for several days after the label was created, so it was a couple days after the expected delivery date before it arrived. Not a big deal for me though. Chair was in a good shape and well packaged in the box. I can tell they put some love into refurbishing it and looks great. Good value for the price vs MSRP; is it perfect? No, as advertised. Is it 75% off retail, yes :) Would shop with OfficeLogixShop again

    Through no fault of the seller (who's communications were quick and clear!), two chairs arrived separately, a week apart from one another. First chair was perfect. One chair's label was destroyed and was shipped far away by FedEx. Box arrived resealed with a lot of clear packing tape and was roughly handled. The top edge of the seat back (packed separately from the base in the same box, thank you!) was scratched across the top edge from where the box had been crushed and torn, unfortunately.

    The chair was almost like new and I got it on time and saved a bunch of money. It looked just like the pictures and has been very comfortable. I am really impressed with the seller's warranty, too. The lumbar support had a slight tear in it when the chair arrived and this was not noticeable in the pictures, but OfficeLogix responded immediately to my email with pictures documenting this problem and sent me a new lumbar support right away. I would definitely buy from them again.
