The seller took GREAT CARE in wrapping the remote in extra extra packaging and shipped it out as stated on description. Arrived as stated. VERY VERY happy. I put batteries in and it worked right out of the package. Exceeded my expectations. I thought I might have to at least set it up, but it worked flawlessly. And looks brand new.   The seller turned a bad experience into a good one. I purchased a flatbed scanner, but I knew instantly the glass shattered during shipping by the sound coming from the package. I contacted the seller hoping the responsibility for filing a claim wouldn't be put on me. I'm happy to report the seller responded within minutes, apologized for the damage, cancelled the order and refunded the money within the hour. Disappointed it didn't work out but an A+++ to the seller for making it right!
