  I paid for this dress (that I have not received, nor has it ever been shipped per the eBay app) on 1/9/25. Never shipped so contacted seller on 1/14, no response so requested cancellation because it won't get here in time for my friends wedding, eBay would not cancel order because I should have got it by 1/18, it is 1/19. No response from seller and still no dress!! This is the absolute worst experience I have had as a buyer on eBay in the almost 20 years I have been an ebayer!!!! ZERO Stars!

  They lie & mislead. In my case, they put a 2 in the description of the pants. I assumed it was the size. Instead they send me an 8. I reached out to them a few times, but they ignored me. I wasted a decent about of money on something I will have to dry clean and donate. Horrible customer service! So disappointing! Do not waste your time, money or energy on this unethical company. They take your money and run. Disgraceful.
