  i bought many original blackberry's and this item is not new and not as described, when you open a box , items are packed in decent plastic and no manuals, no instruction papers. should be saying REFURBISHED instead of new. in addition the phone i received keep rebooting and sometime it goes off and have to power it up. i don't recommend buying from this seller.

  Bought 2 "Simulator Training Bullet Trainer Cartridge F Dry Fire Training Shoot Red Laser" both had issues. One always stayed on and the other's primer wore out and had a whole where it would not light. In the items description, the seller pays return. Requested a refund, the the seller just gave me a China address with no return label. Then the seller wanted to refund a fraction of the cost. I sent pictures of the defective units.
