    Despite claiming to be stored in a smoke free environment, these smelled of smoke. I was a bit disappointed they were also quite dusty, but that was in the picture, so it's to be expected. When contacted, the seller claimed they were cleaned prior to shipping, but wouldn't acknowledge the smoke smell. A return was offered. Shipping and packaging were both satisfactory.

    Yes these figurines were stored in a smoke free environment. In terms of smoke smell I don't know what this buyer was smelling. Buyer messages me these details then asks for a compensation. I offer him a full refund and paid shipment back but buyer declines The items were in a good enough condition that it didn't bother the buyer too much for a full return. It makes me question the actual motive of the buyer if there was an issue or he was asking for free money.
